Card Sketch #1 at LCOM is up!
New month, new sketches! This is my take on Card Sketch #1
Check out the gorgeous sketch by Kimberly here on the LCOM Sketch Blog. There are plenty of beautiful examples with the entire Card Team participating.
This is my take on the sketch. Staying pretty true to the provided sketch, I added some papers in non-traditional Christmas colours and used a few Maya Roads transparency snowflakes that I purchased from LCOM!

B.O.A.F. Kit Co. Birthday Bash
What a great way to celebrate the birthday of a fantastic kit company! Birds of a Feather held a weekend crop to celebrate their first birthday....and the owners' 40th! Happy Birthday Amy!
I managed a few pages...the first one celebrating my age! (Or almost my age!) I used 40 pearls to represent my upcoming milestone birthday!
Then after completing that one....and feeling a little old... I decided to use a much younger picture of myself for the "Celebrate You" challenge!
Love this site and their gorgeous kits!!!

I started scrapbooking in 2006 and Anne took me under her wing. She introduced me to some fantastic techniques, and to the world of online scrapbooking and shopping. I am thrilled to be part of the Design Team at Paper Patch Crafts!
I tend to scrap mostly family pictures and have many albums on the go. Spending evenings scrapping with my girls is a favorite pastime! I've met some really wonderful scrappers in the online communities and look forward to meeting more!
Welcome to our first blog hop!
We are showcasing some fabulous Webster and Kaiser products that are available for purchase in the Paper Patch Crafts eBay store.
This first page features both Webster and Kaiser products. I am a huge fan of the Websters' trims! I used it around the circle and to piece together the Christmas tree. I will add journaling to the pull out card.

This page features Kaiser papers and bling!
In case you get lost on the way, this is the blog hop order.

I think Sweet Peach is my new favourite blog! ...and to sweeten it up even more, they happened to be in the midst of a crop! I got working on some challenges and managed several layouts, a bookmark and some new photos of the girls! Check them out here...you won't be disappointed!

One Hour Challenge Result
Stacey at Inspired to Scrap hosted a "one hour challenge" a few weeks ago. I am such a procrastinator most days, and really get things done last minute...so these types of challenges are fantastic for getting more pictures scrapped. I pulled out an old kit of Sassafrass papers and got to work. This is the result: ...of course Stacey provided instructions and a fantastic example! Adding a twist of my own, and photos of my beautiful daughter and voila...all done in a matter of 40 minutes!
