PS....those of you that know me are aware that I've been having some upper back problems which has resulted in finger numbness in my right hand soooooooo I had one of my very best friends offer to help me cut the flower pattern from the bottom of one of the pages!!!! I was so very grateful and have to give her credit for the few hours she spent meticulously cutting that border for me! THANK YOU JOSEE, much appreciated!

~A Few New Creations To Share~

Why I don't update as I create is beyond comprehension! I end up with a file full of "need to post on blog" creations!!! Sorry! Here are a few of the latest pages and cards I've created!

This page used paper from one of my Love Bug Scrapbooking kits. MME Laundry Line paper. The journal describes the "joyful day" when the city FINALLY put up new swings in the playground next door to our place. The girls were overjoyed!

Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday paper from Paper Popsicles! This paper is so colorful and fun to work with!

This great paper by We are Memory Keepers was in my Art Freckles kit! I love it!

A little "confessing" to do!
A page about DH! Love this LYB paper from Paper Popsicles!
This "blue" card was made for a friend at Scrapbooking 4 Less. The card swap theme was "blue"!

This card was made completely from scraps. This was a challenge in the crop at 2 Scrappy Chix! A great way to use up the new scraps created during the crop.
Danielle Wycough is DT over at a new blog called FUN FRILLED! This is a card for the first weeks' challenge!

One more card made with left overs from the crop!

Lastly, a few Valentine cards I made for the girls!

Would you Love a Free Stamp

These stamps are absolutely amazing!
I love every single one I've purchased!!!!
Check out Sheilas' blog for details!!!!
Seriously, this gal is giving away free stamps!

Trying to revamp my blog

Bear with me...my header is crooked...I can't figure it out! So for now...let's just pretend it's straight! Okay? Thanks, I knew ya'll wouldn't mind!

Using up More Stash!

It was week 3 of the Using up your stash challenge at Art Freckles. I managed to fit in a transparency overlay, metal photo anchors, decorative staples (which I have tons of and never use), and some sticker letters! What I didn't have was paper from 2007 or earlier from the specified companies! Funny, because I started scrapping in late 2006 and only discovered online scrappy shopping shortly after...but fell in love with Basic Grey and Daisy D...sooooo pretty much all of my paper pre-2008 is from those companies!

Here is my layout for week 3~ A pic of my Mom and Myself on vacation, summer of 2006!

Finishing Some Up & A Few New Ones

I spent some time last week finishing up a few layouts that I had laying around without photos. Even found some time to make a few news ones! I buy some really amazing kits from my favorite kit clubs....links are on the right!

A card using kit papers and Prima felt:

A card made for a friend at Paper Popsicles, using Dream Street papers:

Papers from a kit bought at Love Bug Scrapbooking. I used a Becky Fleck page map for the first page and will likely add more journaling strips to the right side:

This Christmas layout was fun to make! I used a Sassafrass Lass North Pole kit bought at Paper Popsicles:

This double page layout also uses a Paper Popsicles kit:

This card was made with a mini kit from Paper Popsicles:

Made with more kit leftovers:

These next two pages were made for challenges at www.2scrappychix.com They have some wonderful Monthly challenges!!! Check them out!
This page of my DD uses one of the very fun January kits from www.artfreckles.com

A finished Christmas page with a 2005 photo of the girls! That awesome tree was a RAK from a friend over at www.scrapbooking4less.com.au

I believe these papers come from a Love Bug Scrapbooking kit. The photo was taken when my DD decided the dishwater was too "Gross" to keep washing the dishes! LOL...the face says it all!

I bought two kits this past January with Bo Bunny papers. I loved them both! I made this page of my DD's and my Mom with a photo from last Mothers' Day!

Lastly, a page that won layout of the week at 2scrappychix! I used the new Teen American Crafts papers that I got in a kit at Love Bug Scrapbooking! I added a few Primas from my stash and some awesome crochet flowers that a good friend made for me!
