~LCOM crop Projects & ATCs for Art Freckles

Lets Capture Our Memories threw an absolutely fabulous crop last weekend! Between shiftwork and household chores I still managed to get a few of the challenges done!

The "resist technique". I stamped with paint, let it dry, then misted with glimmermist and wiped off excess. Made a few cards with some of the pieces I stamped.
This challenge was called "Spring Rain". To use mist on a page....I misted with Tattered Angels blue mist. (Don't remember the exact color).

This is a neat technique by the DT member Dorrie. She called it the Gesso technique but without the Gesso on hand...the alternative was to use paint which I did. I glued 8 sheets of 8x8 newspaper together, painted the top with paint (or Gesso), let dry, color with watercolor pencils or crayons (I used some mist in there too), spray with water so it drips....making some really neat colors. Decorate as you wish once it's dry. I had fun getting a bit messy with this one!

These are a few of the ATC's I made for a swap over at Art Freckles
